We recently completed a renovation that included a kitchen and two bathrooms, and during our search for cabinetry, we found Queen City Cabinetry and Mike Pelopida. From our very first meeting, my husband and I immediately felt comfortable working with Mike. He is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire process while staying within our budget and helping us create the kitchen and bathrooms of our dreams. John was instrumental in finalizing the measurements for our granite and quartz countertops, ensuring everything fit perfectly and was installed flawlessly. Brian also returned promptly to complete a few touch-ups, demonstrating the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Queen City Cabinetry just finished our kitchen renovation and we could not be more pleased with the process and results.  Huge thanks to Brian, Mike, and John for their communication, fair pricing, quality of work, and punctuality throughout the project.  The work included countertop and cabinetry, sink, and minor plumbing.  From the outset of our plans for the project, I insisted upon “one-stop shopping” to avoid being caught in the middle of fingerpointing among contractors if delays or complications occurred, which are to be expected during renovations of a 39-year old house.  However, competitors we shopped told us we’d need to source our own plumber or electrician and oversee those aspects of the job ourselves.  Not only did QCC coordinate the entire project, but Brian was present when subcontractors were working to supervise their tasks.  The work was performed on time and on budget, with minimal disruption to our routines and zero mess left behind.  Queen City Cabinetry reacted immediately when we asked for specs and pricing, whereas competitors took a couple weeks or did not respond at all. What a great experience we had with Q.C. Cabinetry.  It started 2 years ago when I was going to another store in the complex which hadn't open yet.  I was heading to the little coffee shop to kill some time when I saw the Q.C. store and decided to head there seeing as we had future plans to do our kitchen.  I spent over an hour with Mike discussing all types of options.  He was so informative as well as a great personality!  He never hesitated to help me even though I told him the kitchen project wouldn't be for another year or so.  When the time came we met Bryan at our house for measurements.  He was equally as wonderful.  He gave us great ideas for the kitchen which we hadn't thought of.  Everything they did was perfect!! Who can say that when it comes to a renovation??  They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, had their tile installer show up when they said he would and even made a few decisions to better the project.  Then there was John!  He was ALSO great.  He put up with my phone calls, changes and worries (although they were foundless).  He was also the person you pay.  Most of the time I called him to pay my bill instead of the other way around!!  Fabulous company, excellent quality, professional, friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with my cabinets. Excellent quality and they look better than I could have imagined.  Bryan did a wonderful job installing the cabinets  and was very professional and paid excellent attention to every  detail.  Mike and John are wonderful to work with .
